Equitable Safety Institute ESI is a single day course designed to train employees on the critical elements of designing and then operating an injury prevention program. The curriculum includes a history of design, the factual methods of analysis, and interviewing, computer, and training techniques. This pre-program course is generally preferred by clientele interested in empowering staff to operate totally independent from external support operations.
